Canada Goose has announced a partnership with Beside Group to accelerate its growth in the Middle East. Starting this autumn, the Canadian brand’s full product range will be offered across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Egypt.

Beside Group, a subsidiary of Saudi conglomerate TAJ Holding, already collaborates with brands such as Diesel, Fred Perry and Scotch & Soda. Under the agreement, it will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement in the region.
“This partnership brings together global ambition and local expertise,” said Carrie Baker, president, brand and commercial at Canada Goose. Hisham Bedier, managing director of Beside, added: “This market has always shown a strong appetite for functional luxury; we’re delighted to introduce Canada Goose’s iconic craftsmanship and design.”
Canada Goose has recently received multiple bids to be taken private in a deal that could value the brand at approximately $1.4 billion. Read the whole story in our sister publication The Outdoor Industry Compass.
