Chatterjee said the company is aiming for consistent double-digit annual growth over the next five years, targeting a revenue milestone equivalent to around €870 million. Store expansion will focus on both large metros and tier II and III cities, supported by rising sports participation across the country.

Decathlon also plans to increase its local sourcing share from 70 percent to 90 percent by 2030 and scale up its circular business model, including repair services, resale of refurbished goods and equipment buyback. The company is pursuing an omnichannel strategy to integrate online and offline retail as it grows in emerging sports categories, such as mountain sports, running and pickleball.
