Footway Group facing challenging times. At an extraordinary general meeting resolved to change its name to Ecom Teams Sweden AB. The name change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and executed. In connection with the name change, the ordinary share and the preference share will be given new ticker names on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The change will be effective as of November 26, 2024.
