Kings League has announced a $63 million funding round led by US-based media and entertainment investor Alignment Growth, with participation from existing shareholders. The investment will help Kings League and Queens League expand globally, including a US launch. This builds on Kings League’s 2025 introduction of regional leagues in Brazil, France, Germany, Italy and the MENA region, as well as the establishment of a new national team World Cup tournament.
“Alignment Growth brings exceptional media and entertainment experience, and our partnership will help us continue to grow, bring the Kings League experience to new audiences, and explore diversification into new sports,” said Kings League’s Founder and Chairman Gerard Piqué.
To date, Kings League has raised more than $160 million in total funding. In 2025, Kings League generated 150 million livestreaming hours watched and more than 13 billion impressions across official social channels.
