Macron’s future is taking shape in Italian Valsamoggia, where the company’s headquarters, Campus, is growing.
In the Italian town of Valsamoggia, the construction of the Macron Distribution Center 2 has begun. This will expand the total area of the headquarters to over 150,000 square meters. The new building will be four times larger than the current one and will house a brand-new Innovation Lab spanning over 2,500 square meters, dedicated to product customization for sports clubs.
The existing Distribution Center 1 will also undergo upgrades, including the construction of a new 500-square-meter gym and padel courts available to employees, collaborators, and partners. Through these developments, the Macron Campus will continue to evolve as a true corporate ecosystem, designed with a strong focus on innovation, efficiency, and environmental sustainability.

The Macron Campus reflects the company’s values of innovation, sports and well-being. Alongside investments in logistics and technology, Macron prioritizes employee welfare, enhancing the on-site restaurant (free for all employees), gyms, family-friendly activities and team-building opportunities.
