Luanvi

Revolution Sport, the new entity that has saved the Luanvi brand, turns out to be an entrepreneurial branching out on the part of Víctor Huerta, according to Expansión and others. Huerta is the owner of a family-run coffee company in Spain, Cafés Durbán.

The Luanvi brand remains under the ownership of its two surviving founders, Luis and Antonio Tarancón (Vicente Tarancón having died last year), but Revolution Sport has taken charge of Luanvi’s production.

As Director of Operations Juan José Ballester explained to Expansión, Luanvi is in negotiations to sponsor clubs in LaLiga EA Sports. According to Palco23, Luanvi most recently sponsored Valencia Basket but has in the past sponsored Valencia CF, Villarreal CF, Levante UD, CD Tenerife, Real Zaragoza and Deportivo Alavés.

Revolution Sport, for its part, is seeking other brands for its portfolio. According to Expansión, it has already signed a deal to handle New Balance’s distribution in Spain and Portugal.
