The relocation from its long-standing base in Cernusco sul Naviglio, where Reusch operated since 1979, represents a strategic investment of nearly €20 million aimed at meeting the company’s growing European supply chain and operational needs.

The new facility covers 15,900 square meters and features a state-of-the-art logistics center spread over three levels, equipped with advanced manual picking systems and optimized warehouse flow designed in collaboration with the University of Padua. The building integrates six loading bays, modern automation systems, and sustainable infrastructure, including a photovoltaic system and heat pump that together generate more energy than the site consumes. Furthermore, it has space that will allow for up to 75 percent growth at the Vignate site over the next few years.

In addition to logistical optimization, the new headquarters was designed with a strong focus on employee well-being and modern workplace culture. Amenities include relaxation areas, an internal kitchen, guest rooms, and even a rooftop terrace, reflecting the company’s family-led philosophy that prioritizes people alongside performance. “This new site embodies our commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and our employees,” said Erich Weitzmann, CEO and third-generation family leader of Reusch.

Founded in Germany in 1934, Reusch has become one of the world’s most trusted glove manufacturers, serving both elite athletes and recreational users. Today, the company employs over 80 people across its sites in Bolzano, Reutlingen (Germany), and Vignate, and manages distribution in 93 countries through 69 global partners and direct operations in ten European markets.
