Revelyst, the outdoor product segment of Vista Outdoor Inc. that will become a stand-alone public company later this year, has finalized its acquisition of PinSeeker, a leading simulator off-course golf and connectivity app previously under the Wasserman portfolio.

The PinSeeker app allows golfers to engage in contests and challenges remotely with friends, family and fellow golfers. It facilitates virtual tournaments, closest-to-the-pin challenges, and other competitions where players can participate for free or compete for real money. The acquisition will enable Revelyst’s Precision Sports Technology platform, particularly Foresight Sports, to capitalize on the growing demand for competitive off-course golf experiences.
