The ANWR campus currently hosts more than 100 brands with permanent showrooms, making it one of Europe’s most concentrated wholesale ordering platforms. For a footwear brand reliant on specialty retail partnerships across the German-speaking market and beyond, being close to that concentration of trade buyers compresses the ordering cycle and reduces the friction of fragmented showroom visits.

The ANWR campus model, with its buying-group economics and captive retailer network, represents a form of vertical integration in wholesale that Skechers, the world’s third-largest footwear company by revenue, is now formally endorsing through a long-term facility commitment.
