Skechers will consolidate its German showroom and headquarters into a purpose-built 4,500-square-meter facility on the ANWR GROUP campus in Mainhausen, near Frankfurt, by mid-2028.
Skechers will relocate its German operations to the ANWR GROUP campus in Mainhausen, near Frankfurt, which is home to one of Europe’s largest cooperative buying networks for footwear and sporting goods. Scheduled for mid-2028, the move will consolidate its local showroom and administrative headquarters into a single, purpose-built facility of about 4,500 square meters.
Why the Mainhausen address matters for European wholesale
The ANWR campus currently hosts more than 100 brands with permanent showrooms, making it one of Europe’s most concentrated wholesale ordering platforms. For a footwear brand reliant on specialty retail partnerships across the German-speaking market and beyond, being close to that concentration of trade buyers compresses the ordering cycle and reduces the friction of fragmented showroom visits.

ANWR’s campus as a distribution gravity center
The ANWR campus model, with its buying-group economics and captive retailer network, represents a form of vertical integration in wholesale that Skechers, the world’s third-largest footwear company by revenue, is now formally endorsing through a long-term facility commitment.
