Creating new positions and new layers within its European management structure, Amer Sports has appointed country managers for France and the U.K. Yves Weber started in June as country manager for France after a long experience at Reckitt Benckiser, where he gradually moved up to European key account director. Domenico Speciale will start in August as country manager for the U.K. and Ireland, after senior roles at Unilever, Nutricia and Premier Foods. Daniel Sprung is already in a similar position in Germany. While Weber reports to Pierre-Louis Radius, general manager for Central Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium), Speciale reports to Tero Tynkkynen, who was recently placed in charge of the North Zone (U.K., Ireland and the Nordic countries), and Sprung reports to Armin Fuchs, general manager for the Central Zone (Germanyy, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia).
