Crocs and Australia Unlimited, the maker of Old Friend foam shoes, have resolved their 4-year-old legal dispute. Crocs had accused Australia Unlimited of breach of contract and patent and trade dress infringement, and it in turn sought damages relating to its NothinZ foam shoe, part of its Old Friend line. Details of the deal were not released, but all litigation has been stopped.
