Crocs has named Scott Crutchfield to be its new chief operating officer. He will oversee all of the company's day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, supply chain management and IT. He moves up from his position as senior vice president for worldwide operations, which he held since May 2010. He first joined Crocs as vice president for that division in 2006. Before that, he held senior positions with Jabil Circuit, Flextronics, Dovatron International and Square D. His was among a flurry of new management changes by the company. Dale Bathum, formerly senior vice president for product at Crocs, has been named chief product officer. He's been with the company since 2007, and his previous jobs includes stints with Bite, Deckers and Nike. Mike DeBell, senior vice president for global sales, is now chief sales officer. He's been with Crocs since 2006, starting as vice president of sales in Asia. Finally, Doug Hayes is the new president for the Americas market. He joined the company in 2008 and in 2009 was named to his most recent role, vice president and general manager for the Americas. His 25 years in the sports industry include roles at National Sports, Forzani Group, Callaway Golf Canada and Adidas-Salomon Canada.
