
Crocs has hired Erinn Murphy as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy. She will join the company’s leadership team effective Sept. 5, reporting directly to Crocs, Inc. Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Anne Mehlman.
Murphy joins the company from leading investment bank Piper Sandler. She has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial industry and a proven track record of excellence in research. Most recently, Murphy served as Managing Director of Consumer Equity Capital Markets, responsible for the group’s consumer products sector. She built her career on Wall Street as an equity analyst and led global coverage of lifestyle brands at Piper Sandler with nearly 30 stocks, including Crocs, Inc. Throughout her career, she has frequently shared her expertise with major national news outlets, including Forbes, Wall Street Journal and CNBC. She was also instrumental in the creation of Piper Sandler’s “Taking Stock With Teens,” a study of Gen-Z consumer behavior and brand preferences. In addition to her experience at Piper Sandler, Murphy previously worked at ExxonMobil.
Murphy joins at a time of great momentum for Crocs as the company reports its fifth consecutive year of record sales growth and industry-leading profitability.
