Lululemon has set its long-term sustainability strategy in its first-ever “Impact Agenda.” The document sets three focus key areas - “Be Human,” “Be Well,” and “Be Planet” - and outlines 12 goals to drive progress in social and environmental issues. These include commitments to have at least 75 percent of its products containing sustainable materials by 2025, and to make 100 percent of its products with sustainable materials and end-of-use solutions by 2030. The company also aims to reduce carbon emissions across its global supply chain by 60 percent per unit of value added by 2030, and to reduce single-use plastic packaging by 50 percent by 2025. In addition, Lululemon plans to invest US$75 million in equitable well-being programs globally by 2025, and to expand gender pay equity to full pay equity for its employees.
