Swiss brand On has introduced a new product to its circular product portfolio: The Cyclon-T. It can be purchased exclusively through a subscription service called Cyclon in a one-time sale. Just like the fully recyclable Cloudneo performance running shoe, which launched in 2022, the Cyclon-T is made from castor beans, a bio-based material that is fully recyclable. The Cyclon-T is available in an uncolored white version only. When the product reaches the end of its life, it can be returned to On in any available box.
On’s Cyclon initiative aims to keep its products out of landfills and minimize its impact on the planet. It’s On’s first project dedicated entirely to exploring the potential of sustainability and the circular economy in performance running. Subscribers receive Cyclon products, wear them and return them, which are then recycled and turned into future On products.
