Zalando is now a member of Fair Wear, the multistakeholder initiative founded in 1999 with the mission to improve labor conditions in the garment industry. As part of this membership, Zalando will focus on improving labor standards within its private label production.
In the first quarter of 2025, Zalando posted a net income of €9.9 million against a loss of €8.9 million a year earlier, and totaled 52.4 million active customers, up 2.9 million year-over-year and marking a new high.
