Dahu, a new brand of luxury ski boots from Switzerland, exhibited for the first time at Ispo Munich this year. The boots are lighter than normal ski boots, and they are so comfortable that you can also wear them to drive a car, according to company officials. Nicolas Frey, the founder, co-developed the product together with the design and development office of Claudio Franco in Italy and the assistance of a ski professional, Aline Bonjour. Seedcapital Fribourg, an association financed by the state of Fribourg, and unnamed business investors are supporting the Swiss start-up.
