Active 2 can be used on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii, iPhone and iPod Touch, and will be available in Europe and Australia as of Nov. 19. It helps the user improve strength, endurance, flexibility and cardio function. The heart rate monitor and motion tracking data provide measurable results. The heart rate function is displayed on the screen throughout the workout so users can capture the intensity of their exercise. Workouts and heart rates can be tracked at the EA Sports Active 2 online hub. The company’s Active is the No. 1 interactive fitness program for the Wii.
