Decathlon has announced the launch of Olaian, its new exclusive surfing brand. The products are developed in Hendaye, in France's Basque region. Olaian will include several product categories ranging from surf boards to swimsuits, wetsuits and accessories. The products will make their debut in 2018. The French retail group is looking for ambassadors among amateur surfers who will be asked to test products ahead of their launch, and to advise on the products themselves while sharing their experiences on social media. The campaign to recruit the Olaian ambassadors, which is called “Planche pour Nous,” opened on June 15 and will be on until July 15.
