Deckers Outdoor Corporation has decided to move its Simple brand of footwear to fall under the auspices of the president of Teva, Peter Worley. Previously the brand had been under the umbrella of UGG, which has Connie Rashwain as its head. The company said that this would help Rashwain focus on UGG, and that Teva and Simple would now better collaborate. Teva currently makes up 10 percent of Decker’s total sales, and Simple comes in with 2 percent. By 2012, Deckers hopes to have annual sales of $120 million for Teva and $35 million for Simple.
