Deporvillage, the Spanish multichannel sports e-tailer, has moved to a new 2,600-square-meter headquarters in Sant Fruitós de Bages, near Barcelona. The two-floor facility is just a few minutes from the previous headquarters in Manresa. The move is meant to help the company meet the operational requirements of its growing business. Deporvillage, which now has more than 140 employees, recently wrapped up an 11th consecutive year of growth. Revenues for 2021 amounted to $ 160 million, representing a 40 percent year-on-year increase, while 700,000 new customers led to a total of more than 2.5 million customers from all over the world. Deporvillage was founded in 2010 in Manresa by Xavier Pladellorens and Angel Corcuera, who currently serve as the company’s chief executive and chief product officer, respectively.
