Descente has announced a four-year partnership with USA Triathlon. As the official outerwear supplier of USA Triathlon, the Japanese apparel company will provide training wear and outerwear for members of the U.S. National Team, Toyota U.S. Paratriathlon National Team and Project Podium men's elite development squad. It will also outfit the USA Triathlon national office staff. In addition, as part of the agreement, Descente will create a line of uniquely designed USA Triathlon-inspired outerwear and other apparel, which will be sold in Asia through an international licensing deal. USA Triathlon serves as the national governing body for triathlon, duathlon, aquathlon, aquabike, winter triathlon, off-road triathlon and paratriathlon in the U.S. Descente is already an official supplier to the British triathlon team, Swiss triathlon team, Swiss national skiing team, German bobsleigh team and more.
