Despite a good relationship with its former Swedish distributor, Backcountry Equipment, Rottefella has taken over the distribution of its own products in Sweden, starting with orders for the next autumn/winter season. The Norwegian producer of cross-country ski bindings has been successful at working directly with the large sporting goods chains in Norway, generating good prices and margins. By taking over distribution in Sweden, the company hopes to repeat this performance.
