Diffusion Sport is organizing a congress, called Sport Forum, for professionals in the sporting sector. The first edition is scheduled for Oct. 20-21 at the International Convention Center in Barcelona, Spain. It will form part of the Plataforma de Negocio event, a gathering of professionals in the security, customer experience, hospitality and dental industries. Of course, one of the key topics will be the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the industry and its customers. Another will be the continuing rise of the omnichannel model among both large and small players. Industry leaders will be giving talks and taking part in roundtable discussions.
