United Legwear & Apparel Co. LLC (ULAC), a New York-based global designer, manufacturer and distributor of legwear, apparel and accessories, has announced an expansion of its 20-year licensing partnership with Skechers to include distribution of Skechers men’s and women’s running, golf, basketball, soccer and pickleball lifestyle and high-performance socks and Skechers children’s lifestyle socks in the European Union and the UK. The license will be administered in these two additional territories by ULAC’s newly established wholly-owned subsidiaries in the EU and UK in 2023, United Legwear & Apparel Europe BV and United Legwear & Apparel UK Ltd, respectively.
As part of the agreement, Skechers will now have its own showroom at the ULAC Europe headquarters in Amsterdam and the London showroom.

ULAC was established 25 years ago by Isaac E. Ash. The company is a joint venture partner of Puma North America, has distribution partnerships with Scotch & Soda and Hurley, has licensed brands such as Skechers, Van Heusen, DKNY, Champion and Weatherproof, owns the Pro Player and Lemon brands and has a portfolio of private labels.
