Domenico Libri, former administrative director of Giacomelli Sport, has been declared innocent by an Italian court that is examining fraud charges related to the chain’s bankruptcy, but it has assigned a four-year jail sentence to Aurezio Giumelli, who was supplying indoor fixtures to the group.
