Dorel Industries' Cycling Sports Group (CSG) is opening a 600-square-meter research and development facility in Freiburg, Germany, this summer. It joins R&D facilities in Bethel, Connecticut, and Taichung, Taiwan, and puts the company close to the heart of the European cycling market. It is located close to the Black Forest, allowing for easy testing of products on mountain trails and roads. Peter Denk, who has been working with the CSG for four years on innovation, will continue to do so at the new facility.
