Dunlop has signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with the Academia Mouratoglou. Patrick Mouratoglou, founder of the tennis academy and trainer of Serena Williams, Grigor Dimitrov and Jeremy Chardy, is to become a Dunlop ambassador. Dunlop is to supply balls, rackets, bags and racket string for the Mouratoglou Open, an ATP Challenger 90 played on clay. The next edition of the tournament is scheduled for the first week of April. Located in Sophia Antipolis, France, the academy has 180 students and some 4,000 alumni. Dunlop has recently become the ball supplier for the ATP Tour and the Australian Open.
