Ecco Golf has been awarded a Red Dot Award for its S-Lite golf shoe. The Red Dot awards look at products from nearly 50 categories, and honor products for their excellence in design. The S-Lite is described as the lightest leather golf shoe that Ecco Golf has ever produced. The shoe, which was introduced as part of the spring/summer 2019 collection, combines a lighter sole unit with premium yak leather, made in the company's own tanneries, to ensure natural water-repellent properties. Diamond-shaped embossing on the upper of the shoe is meant to increase comfort and offer breathability.
