Electric California has signed a master franchising deal for Europe, the Middle East and Africa with Pilot Fish, a company in the French city of Biarritz that specializes in the distribution of emerging brands in the action sports sector. The brand of sunglasses was previously distributed in Europe by Volcom, a property of Kering, which took it over in 2008. Volcom sold Electric to its management at the beginning of last year.
