Element has appointed two skateboarders, Reynald Gautier and Julien Duval, to its executive management team. They will respectively act as vice president of global design and vice president of global marketing, based at the brand's European office in Hossegor, France. Gautier grew up in the U.K. and spent the last five years and a half as creative director in the European division of a Japanese jeans brand, Edwin. Duval has been the European brand manager of Element for the last three years.
