ElliptiGo, the San-Diego based creator of outdoor elliptical bicycles, has hired Raphael Weishaupt as vice president of global marketing, a newly-established position. He will report directly to the company's chief executive, Bryan Pate. Weishaupt has held several marketing leadership roles at big companies such as General Electric (GE), eBay, and most recently Qualcomm, where he has led the introduction of the Qualcomm Snapdragon brand in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (Emea) region.
