Emma Stjernlöf will be taking charge of Röhnisch Sportswear as chief executive in 2020. She will be replacing Fredrik Röhnisch, who is relinquishing his operational duties after 19 years with the Swedish sports apparel company, nine of them as CEO. He will remain a partner and board member. Stjernlöf has most recently spent about six and a half years in various executive marketing posts at Adidas Sweden and Adidas Nordic. Before that, she was Nordic communications and public affairs manager at Google. She also had a previous stint with Adidas Nordic, managing public relations and corporate communications, after performing much the same tasks at Grey Communications and SolidWorks. Founded in 1945, Röhnisch specializes in women's apparel for training and golf. The company sells its products online, through own-stores and through retailers in about 20 countries. Its annual sales amount to around 200 million Swedish kronor (€18.6m-$20.7m).
