Eric Cuenot, former general manager of Nike Russia, was appointed at the helm of Nike France last month. The Frenchman replaces Ronnie Greenwood, who moved to Nike Europe's head office in the Netherlands to take charge of the Young Athletes program in Western Europe. Cuenot has only been with Nike since 2010, after a career at Procter & Gamble. The top management layer at Nike France was further rejigged with the departure of Cyril du Cluzeau, marketing director, who left to take up the same job at Le Coq Sportif. He was replaced by Bastien Renard, who has been at Nike since he started his career 12 years ago. Until last month Renard was the global brand director for Nike's action sports category, based in Oregon. Cuenot's former job in Russia was taken over by Jim Reynolds, formerly general manager for Israel and Central Europe, within Nike's Central and Eastern Europe territory.
