Erima has signed a sponsorship and supply agreement with Doris and Stefanie Schwaiger. The two sisters are the Austrian champions in beach volleyball (or sand volleyball, as the game is now called in the U.S.), and the German company hopes that they are going to make it to the Olympic Games in London. Asics had previously sponsored the two sisters but stopped the deal to focus on other sports. Erima is already the exclusive supplier of the Austrian Olympic team. It is also the official partner of the German volleyball federation (DVV) and its national volleyball team since February 2011. It sponsors several top volleyball teams in Switzerland.
