Eurovet, the company that recently bought the successful Sport Achat show, has decided to hold it earlier than usual in September because of the Rugby World Cup and to try out new synergies with Lyon Mode City, the swimwear and lingerie show that it owns as well. Sport Achat will take place in Lyon on Sept. 2-4, overlapping in part with Lyon Mode City on Sept. 1-3, but the two shows will have different entrances. With Glissexpo and other surfwear shows out of the French map for some years, Eurovet is launching a trial balloon for a «surf village» for the occasion. O’Neill exhibited at Lyon Mode City last September, as Quiksilver and Rip Curl had done before.
