The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the Stadium in Inglewood will host the ceremonies.

The Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games Los Angeles 2028 has confirmed that the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the Stadium in Inglewood will serve as the official venues for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2028 Paralympic and Olympic Games.

On July 14, 2028, the Olympic Games will open with a unique celebration shared between the Coliseum and the Stadium in Inglewood. The Coliseum previously hosted Olympic ceremonies in 1932 and 1984, while it will be the first Olympic use of the Stadium in Inglewood. The Olympic Games Closing Ceremony will take place at the Coliseum on July 30. For the Paralympic Games, the Opening Ceremony will take place on August 15 at the Stadium in Inglewood, while the Closing Ceremony is scheduled for August 27 at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.

The Olympic Games LA28 will take place on July 14-30, 2028, followed by the Paralympic Games on August 15-27.
