Nike has announced the After Dark Tour, a new series of women’s nighttime running events, as part of the brand’s ongoing efforts to promote women’s sports. The 2025 event will invite women runners to race 10Ks and half marathons the night away in the cities of Sydney, Shanghai, Seoul, Mumbai, Los Angeles and Mexico City.

Runners will access official After Dark Tour training plans through the Nike Run Club App, where they will find specialized instruction from Nike Run Coach Diljeet Taylor. The 10K training plan spans six weeks, while the half marathon plan includes 12 weeks of instruction. In the race day lead-up, the Nike Run Club App will also help runners connect with other athletes and friends through experiences and challenges. The Nike Run Club App will allow runners to share their real-time location with friends and family during the run.

Besides the race itself, the After Dark Tour is designed as an opportunity for women to create lasting connections through a training journey that begins well before race day and continues beyond the finish line, explained Nike. Each race weekend will include Nike products and experiences, coaching guidance, race day preparation services, recovery zones, and post-race celebrations.

The 2025 After Dark Tour will start on April 12 in Sydney and conclude on June 21 in Mexico City.
