The event for padel professionals attracted participants from 80 countries.
The inaugural Barcelona edition of the Padel World Summit (PWS) on May 27-29, 2025 attracted 5,838 visitors, with 40 percent coming from abroad. The previous show in June 2024 was held in Malaga. Jointly organized by Fira de Barcelona and the International Padel Cluster, the Padel World Summit connects brands specializing in padel equipment and court manufacturing with industry professionals and sports facility executives.
International attendees came from 80 different countries, with a large participation from the UK, France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany and the US. “Our commitment to organizing the PWS in Barcelona has been a complete success. This edition marks a qualitative leap in both the commercial offerings and the congress program, setting the roadmap for the present and future of our sport,” said the event director, Alex Ponseti.
Eight courts in Hall 6 of Fira de Barcelona’s Gran Via hosted various activities organized by the event’s exhibitors. Other highlights included the Innovation Arena, which welcomed 20 start-ups, as well as the Investor & Business Forum, which hosted over 275 business meetings, and the Padel Global Conference.
The Padel World Summit will return on May 26–28, 2026 at Fira de Barcelona.
