Puma has appointed a new country manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, or the so-called DACH region. Nina Graf-Vlachy will take on the position in October, taking the place of Matthias Bäumer, who left the post in June to become the brand’s general manager for teamports. Born in Slovenia, Graf-Vlachy is 38 years old. After working as a project manager for the Boston Consulting Group, she joined Puma in 2013 and was made responsible two years later for global strategy. In this function, she notably led a program to make the brand more appealing to female customers. Since 2018, she has been leading the company’s go-to-market teams on a global basis, improving the product development and go-to-market processes. In her new role, Graf-Vlachy will report directly to Arne Freundt, general manager for EMEA.
