Pentland Brands has made Jodie Soussan its global brand director for the Canterbury and Mitre brands. Replacing Charlotte Cox, who has been promoted to president for EMEA, she will be reporting to the future chief marketing officer, Penny Herriman, who will take up her post later this year. Soussan joined Pentland Brands as a consultant in late 2018 and quickly moved up to commercial strategy director. She began her career with a nearly eight-year stint at Procter & Gamble, in executive positions relating to such brands as Sainsburys, Head & Shoulders and Braun. She then spent nine and a half years at various executive marketing posts within Jordans Dorset Ryvita, a British food company owned by Associated British Foods.
