Tecnica Group sustained its strong performance through a market and product diversification strategy amidst post-pandemic challenges. Despite prevailing uncertainties, the group showcased resilience in 2023, maintaining its growth trajectory initiated in 2020, which saw double-digit expansion in 2021 and 2022.

The fiscal year 2023 concluded with sales totaling €540 million and adjusted Ebitda of €91.2 million, figures in line with those of 2022.

Tecnica Group maintains its global presence, with Tecnica, Nordica, Blizzard, Lowa, Moon Boot and Rollerblade products available in nearly 100 countries. Notably, the DACH region and North America were primary revenue contributors in 2023, with Asia also showing a notable 7.5 percent year-on-year improvement in 2023. The share of the group’s home market, Italy, continues to grow steadily, with a 27 percent year-on-year increase in 2023.

Footwear accounted for 54 percent of the revenues, winter sports footwear for 41 percent and in-line skates for the remaining 5 percent, ensuring a balanced performance throughout the year.

Moon Boot emerged as a standout brand, with revenues reaching €50.1 million in 2023, a 44.3 percent increase over the previous fiscal year.

In 2023, Tecnica Group published its second Sustainability Report, highlighting its commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. Noteworthy among these is the Recycle Your Boots project, launched in 2021 to collect, recycle and repurpose old ski boots into second-generation materials, resulting in significant CO2 emissions savings.
