Foot Locker's board of directors has elected its lead director, Nicholas DiPaolo, to the position of chairman. He succeeds the retiring Ken C. Hicks. DiPaolo, who is 73 years old, has been on Foot Locker's board since 2002. He left as a director of R.G. Barry Corporation last September.
