For the first time, Adidas is launching baseball cleats within a videogame. The 8-Bit collection is making its debut through the Playstation game MLB: The Show. In addition, the German footwear and apparel company has hired AvatarLabs to create a Snapchat game called Baseball's Next Level, which features Adizero and IconV cleats and the baseball players Aaron Judge, Carlos Carrera, Alex Bregman, Justin Turner and Kiké Hernandez. In the Snapchat game, players select an 8-Bit cleat and Major League player for a home-run derby and can actually purchase Adidas cleats through the game.
