François-Xavier Chupin, the French entrepreneur who licenses the Kappa brand and others in France and other neighboring countries through a company called Sport Finance, is said to have become an apparel licensee for the Sergio Tacchini brand through another company called Fashion Distribution. The deal has not yet been officially confirmed, but it seems that the contract is covering France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland, starting with the autumn/winter 2013/14 season. As previously report, the Italian brand is negotiating various licensing contracts through IMG.
