Frank Doherty, chairman of Reydon Sports, the British sports wholesaler, and Nigel Carter, managing director, are both retiring. Doherty's son, whose name is also Frank, will take over as chairman. David Sanderson will replace Carter. Richard Vimpany will remain in his role as finance director.
