Frasers Group bolsters its board in line with growth plans. Effective Feb. 26, Helen Wright, Sergio Rossi’s global CEO, joins as non-executive director. Frasers’ COO David Al-Mudallal and sports MD Ger Wright become executive directors. Sir Jon Thompson, ex-CEO of the Financial Reporting Council, will join later.

Board now with a range of skills
CEO Michael Murray anticipates their expertise to fuel strategy. Wright brings 25 years of luxury brand leadership. Al-Mudallal, pivotal in Frasers’ Elevation Strategy, has ascended from roles since 2017. Ger Wright, with a background at Levi’s and Nike, has focused on sports transformation since 2022.
