Fusalp, whose sales have grown by about 20 percent since the French skiwear brand was acquired by members of the Lacoste family a year ago, has signed new sponsorship contracts to help sustain its regained momentum. It has gained the endorsement of Antoine Dénériaz, the French alpine ski champion who triumphed in the men's downhill competition at the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin. Fusalp has also become a partner of the Chamonix-Mont-Blanc Valley, for which it will develop a co-branded skiwear collection that will be distributed internationally in 2015-16. Meanwhile, the French brand has created a capsule collection with Colette, which has been sold exclusively since Dec. 8 at its high-end store in central Paris and on its website.
