Future Brands, a subsidiary of the Indian-based Batra Group, has signed a licensing agreement with Lotto Sport Italia for the U.K. and Ireland, where the Italian company has been selling its products directly recently. The agreement takes effect with orders for the spring/summer 2015 collections. Until a few years ago, another subsidiary of Batra had a license for Fila throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA) and India, but the group is now a sub-licensee of JD Sports Fashion for Fila in the U.K. The group has also a license with Russell Athletic for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
