Göran Härstedt has been promoted from vice president of New Wave to chief executive of the Swedish group, which owns Seger United and Craft of Scandinavia and recently acquired Cutter & Buck. He replaces Torsten Jansson who moves into the chairman’s post where he will concentrate on new projects and on acquisitions. A former attorney, Härstedt joined New Wave in 2001.
